Our commercial real estate valuation and consulting service area is primarily the State of Montana, although we have also provided these services in North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming. We provide commercial valuation services for land, office, retail, hotels, motels, inns, industrial, subdivisions, apartments, special use and institutional properties. We have prepared appraisal reports for mortgage, estates, trusts, right-of-way, and other governmental purposes. We are qualified and experienced in the preparation of reports conforming to the Uniform Standards for Federal Land Acquisition (Yellow Book). We have prepared feasibility analyses for development properties and offer a suite of other real property consulting services. We can provide residential valuation services under certain circumstances, but in narrative format only. We strive to provide valuation services that are accurate, current, thorough and on-time. We understand the importance of keeping up with market changes not only in our local market area, but also at the state and national level. Over the years, we have developed a strong relationship with area real estate professionals, government officials, and financial professionals to ensure that we understand aspects of the real estate market such as supply and demand, highest and best use, growth trends and public policy, and market conditions.
