Resides in Whitefish, Montana, originally from South Carolina. Graduated from the College of Charleston in South Carolina in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science in Geology.
Work Experience: Mortgage Banker from 1985 to 1990. Real Estate Appraiser since 1990. Began appraising with Charleston County Assessor's Office in Charleston, South Carolina and prepared residential and commercial appraisals at Fair Market Value for ad valorem purposes. Specialized in historic and resort properties. Began working for Sass, Herrin and Associates, Inc., one of the largest and most well respected appraisal firms in South Carolina, in 1995. Was mentored by designated members of the Appraisal Institute and prepared residential and commercial appraisals until 2003. Moved to Whitefish, Montana in 2003 and worked on a fee basis for Glacier Bank Appraisal Department from September 2003 until December 2004. Began Clark Real Estate Appraisal, Inc in 2004.
Designations: Completed the requirements for the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2004.

Resides in Whitefish, Montana, originally from Illinois. Graduated from Millikin University, in Decatur, Illinois in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
Work Experience: Had a successful career as a technology sales consultant from 1988 to 2005. Represented products and services offerings in the areas of data, telecommunications, and document management. Worked with clients in a consultative capacity in needs assessment, project management, and ongoing account support and management. Began a career in Real Estate Appraisal in 2005. Developed an expertise in residential and land valuation and currently works in a collaborative capacity in all areas of Commercial Property valuation.
